The Brave browser is a relatively new tool that claims to revolutionize the way we make money while surfing the web.

But is it possible to earn $100 or more daily, as numerous YouTube videos suggest?

Well, let’s explore my experience with Brave, the browser that pays its users to view privacy-respecting ads through the Basic Attention Token. We can investigate if this is a viable option for earning extra money.

Brave boasts two things: speed and privacy. Both result from its ad-stripping strategy.

That said, Brave is a web browser often hailed for its privacy and security features.

When you use the browser, they serve you their ads, and you get paid for displaying them in the form of Brave’s BAT token, which is deposited into your Brave wallet.

Regularly, BAT tokens get sent to your wallet and you can exchange them for other cryptocurrencies that are more widely accepted. Finally, you can convert crypto into money.

So, the main question is how much revenue you can gain by using Brave browser and what setbacks come with it.

How Much Can You Earn

Well, for starters, making real money from BAT tokens is not a straightforward task.

It’s important to remember that BAT’s worth can change rapidly, as you can see from this graph which depicts its value over the last year – from around a dollar to twenty cents.

Moreover, transferring the BAT token from your wallet to a bank account is quite challenging. Firstly, you will need to create a digital wallet on Uphold and link it with the Brave Rewards Wallet.

After that, you will have to convert the BAT token to another cryptocurrency with low transaction fees.

To start withdrawing your cryptocurrency to a bank, you will need to create an account on a cryptocurrency exchange that supports the feature.

What’s worse, with all these transactions you’re losing money on fees, which isn’t pleasant either.

Assuming you’re okay with the circumstances and are intent on making money through Brave browser, let’s move on.

How Much Money Have I Made With Brave Browser?

Firstly, you can set the number of ads that can be displayed per hour. I have set up 10 ads per hour, but I feel like I haven’t been getting all 10 ads each hour.

Additionally, even when I use my Brave browser for more than 5 hours a day, I get up to 0.5 BAT tokens per day.

That’s it – the reality of making money with the Brave browser.

Don’t get me wrong, you may be able to gain some income through the Brave browser, but it is not likely to revolutionize your finances.

It’s more like pocket money.

The kind of money you use to buy a soda, candy, or a pack of gum.

The money you can expect to make from it is not life-changing money; it’s usually far less than the $100/day that many YouTubers talk about.

Don’t be fooled, and don’t believe them.

They are just creating content for clicks and the quality of it is often lacking in substance or accuracy due to a lack of expertise.

Now, let us focus back on Brave Browser and see how much money I have earned through using it for more than a week.

I have experimented with the usage of this browser and successfully managed to make 10 cents in a few days in December. As for January, I received 121 ads which earned me roughly 3 BAT tokens which is equal to 59 cents.

After a full week of using the Brave browser, here is the total amount I have earned.

Brave browser is not the solution if you’re looking to get wealthy quickly and make a hundred bucks daily. You might have to look for other options.

Better Ways to Make Money

Aside from the conventional methods of earning money online, there are other ways to make money via the internet such as affiliate marketing, sponsored content, and online courses.

Although they require more effort to set up and manage, these methods can be very lucrative if done right.

Astonishingly, some people can generate a living wage from their online work alone.

The main takeaway here is to practice diversification and not rely entirely on a single source of income.

Don’t count too much on the Brave browser to provide you with financial freedom either.

Ultimately, Brave is an ideal choice if you want to support content creators and bolster your online privacy. However, it may not be the most suitable tool for those wanting to earn $100 in a day.

Do not solely rely on what you find on YouTube and explore different strategies to know what works best for you.

Additionally, content creators are supported through their platform as well – even though it may not be the ideal way.

That said, it’s an excellent choice for those who want to maintain their privacy online and contribute to the materials they find interesting.

So, in that sense, it’s not a total failure.
